In a bundle system one scan covers all 24 pieces. Shoulder join cannot start until both the FRONT and BACK bundles of #042 are done — Scan ERP unlocks it automatically and flags sleeve attach as the bottleneck the moment the wait grows.

In a hanger / UPS line every piece travels alone, so the operator scans at the start and at the end of each operation. That gives true per-piece time: actual minutes against the SMV, live, for every operator — the numbers an IE otherwise collects with a stopwatch.

Because each operation has a start and an end scan, the slow station shows up per piece, not at day end. Pay is still automatic: pieces × rate, with the operator's actual time recorded beside it.
What you just saw
The operator entered nothing. The bundle QR carries lot, article, color, size, component and quantity.
Pay is computed from the operation's piece rate the moment the scan lands — no register, no month-end reconciliation.
The supervisor sees the same event live: WIP, bottleneck, and who did what, without walking the line.
