Garment ERP for Indonesian Factories — Track Every Bundle, Pay Every Operator Right
QR-based production tracking for konveksi and export garment factories in Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Sukoharjo and Jakarta. Operators scan the bundle; output, borongan wages and WIP calculate themselves.

Why Indonesian Garment Factories Are Investing in Production Tracking Now
Indonesia's textile and garment sector grew 6.36% year-on-year in Q2 2026, outpacing national economic growth, while investment in the sector reached IDR 11.40 trillion — up 11.85% on the previous year. Factories that can prove output per line and per operator are the ones winning that new work.
The pressure runs both ways. Five textile factories closed during 2025 with roughly 3,000 layoffs, and import competition remains the sector's most-cited threat. At the same time, the Indonesia–US Agreement on Reciprocal Trade has opened export room that association members are actively chasing. Both of those realities reward the same thing: knowing your true cost and capacity per line, this week rather than next month.
Meanwhile labour cost is set by regulation, not negotiation. The 2026 provincial minimum wages took effect 1 January 2026 under PP No. 49/2025, rising roughly 5–9% nationally — Central Java's UMP is Rp2,327,386, up 7.28%. When wages are fixed and rising, the only lever left is output per operator — and you cannot improve what you are still counting on paper.

Three Problems Every Konveksi and Garment Factory Hits
Borongan wage disputes
The operator says 120 pieces, the tally sheet says 95. When a paper bundle ticket goes missing there is no record to check, and reconciling it eats two to three days of admin time every month.
No idea where WIP is sitting
Finding out how many pieces of a style are stuck at which operation means walking the floor and counting. By the time you have the number, the shipment date has moved closer.
Line efficiency known too late
If you learn which line fell behind at the evening meeting, that day's output is already gone. Without live numbers there is no window in which to act.
How Does QR Bundle Tracking Work?
Each bundle gets a unique QR code at cutting carrying its style, lot, colour, size and component. Operators scan it at every operation, and the system calculates output, borongan wages and WIP from those scans instead of from handwritten sheets.
- Cutting: bundles are created per style and size, each printed with its own QR label.
- Sewing line: the operator scans the bundle at the start and end of the operation — on a phone or a fixed scanner.
- Automatic calculation: pieces × rate becomes earnings immediately, and the operator sees their own output on their phone.
- Supervisor dashboard: WIP per line and per operation, live on a floor TV instead of in a notebook.
- Month end: the borongan payment sheet is built from scan data, so there is nothing left to reconcile.
Features Built for Indonesian Garment Production
QR bundle tracking
One code per bundle carrying style, lot, colour, size and component.
Automated borongan payroll
Pieces × rate per operation, calculated from scans. Operators see their own earnings, which is what stops most disputes.
Real-time WIP
How many pieces are waiting at each operation, without walking the floor.
Sewing line efficiency
Efficiency per line and per operator, measured against SMV-based targets.
Quality and DHU
Defects traced to the operation and operator where they happened.
Biometric attendance
ZKTeco devices feed attendance straight in, including overtime hours.
How Much Does Garment ERP Software Cost in Indonesia?
Two plans, and you pay whichever bills lower: Rp71,556 per machine per month, or Rp89 per piece tracked. No setup fee, no per-user charge.
| Factory size | Monthly output | Per-machine | Per-piece | You pay |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 30 machines | 12,000 pcs | Rp2,147,000 | Rp1,073,000 | Rp1,073,000 |
| 100 machines | 80,000 pcs | Rp7,156,000 | Rp7,156,000 | Rp7,156,000 |
| 500 machines | 500,000+ pcs | Rp35,778,000 | higher | Rp35,778,000 |
800 pieces per machine per month is the break-even between the two plans. Below it the per-piece plan bills less; above it the per-machine plan caps your bill, so raising output does not raise your software cost without limit.
For scale: tracking a 30-machine konveksi costs less per month than one worker's minimum wage in Central Java (Rp2,327,386 UMP for 2026).
Hardware is optional. Start with operators' existing Android phones; add a Raspberry Pi cache server, ZKTeco attendance terminal, QR label printer or floor TVs later, bought from us or any vendor.
FAQ — Indonesian Garment Factories
Can it calculate borongan (piece-rate) wages automatically?
Yes. Every bundle carries a QR code, and the operator scans it when the operation is done. The system multiplies pieces completed by the rate for that operation, so the borongan total is built from scan data rather than handwritten tally sheets. Operators can see their own output and earnings on their phone, which is what removes most end-of-month wage arguments.
Does it handle UMP and UMK minimum wage rules?
Scan ERP calculates piece-rate output and earnings and exports a monthly sheet your payroll process uses. It does not replace your payroll or HR system, so UMP/UMK floors, BPJS contributions and THR stay where you handle them today. What it adds is a defensible per-operator production record to calculate against, instead of paper tickets.
Will it work if the factory internet goes down?
A Raspberry Pi cache server inside the factory keeps scanning working over your LAN/WiFi when the internet line drops, then syncs when the connection returns. To be clear: this is not a fully offline-first system — the factory WiFi network does need to be up.
How long does setup take?
About 2 weeks. The first week covers entering styles, operations and rates and training supervisors. The second week pilots one sewing line, then rolls out to the rest. You can start with operators' existing Android phones, so there is no wait for hardware procurement.
Can operators who are not used to smartphones manage it?
Scanning is a single button — point the camera at the bundle's QR code. The operator screen shows only their own work and earnings. Where factories do not allow personal phones on the floor, shared fixed scanners can be mounted at the line instead.
Does it work for subcontract and CMT work?
Yes — that is the core case. Scan ERP was built in a working CMT factory, so cut, make and trim flows, per-operation rates and subcontracted operations are the default model rather than an add-on module.
